Use the above link to take you to an on-line site where your fatigue can be measured. The on-line surveys include:
Chalder Fatigue Scale measures the severity of tiredness in fatiguing illnesses. The Fatigue Scale has been used in multiple randomized trials of behavioral interventions in patients with ME/CFS.
The Fatigue Severity Scale is a nine-item questionnaire to measure fatigue in patients. A Fatigue Severity Scale score of >4.95 would select 90% of CFS cases, and 84% of the time would correctly identify negative cases. The scale has been used widely in ME/CFS clinical response and research.
The PROMIS Fatigue Short Form 7A was developed by the National Institutes of Health, and is used in ME/CFS clinical trials.
